Educational and Professional Experience
Yolanda Bethea earned a Doctor of Ministry Degree from the United Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts in Spiritual and Pastoral Care from Loyola University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Mercer University. Dr. Yolanda has nearly three decades of career experience in institutional and community corrections at the Federal, State, and local levels. She is well-versed in mediating family, community, and organizational conflicts.
Dr. Yolanda is a member of the Maryland Program for Mediator Excellence. She is an executive board member of the Transforming Lives Community Development Corporation (TLCDC) and a board of trustees member of the Middle-Atlantic States Correctional Association (MASCA).
